The Role

You will be working on residential roofing across Townsville as part of a busy, growing crew. The core work is laying roofing iron and installing flashings on new residential builds. The workload is strong and only getting busier with the retirement estate contract now underway.
Day to day you will be across:

• Laying roofing iron on residential builds
• Installing and scribing flashings
• Reading and following plans on site
• Working independently and delivering quality, consistent work
• Contributing to a productive crew environment on busy residential sites

What We Need

• Proven hands-on residential roofing experience
• Ability to read plans on site
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance — non-negotiable
• Current White Card and Working at Heights ticket
• Valid driver’s licence
• Genuine willingness to relocate to Townsville long-term

Scribing flashings experience is a strong bonus — make sure to mention it when you get in touch.
