Step 2

Match from a separate talent pool

We tap into our premium network of skilled, pre-vetted talent, matching the best candidates to your needs. You’ll receive CVs with all the relevant info, so you can make an informed decision, no more sifting through unqualified candidates. Simply let us know which one(s) you’d like to meet.

Step 3

Interview & offer with confidence

Once you’ve selected candidates to move forward with, we’ll set up an initial virtual meeting. This gives you the chance to meet the candidate face-to-face and get a feel for their personality and how well they might fit into your business. This helps you avoid the risk of hiring someone who looks good on paper but doesn’t align with your team and your business needs.

Step 4

Relocation & start support

Once a candidate accepts, we don’t disappear. We manage the relocation process and support the candidate through their start so they arrive prepared and ready to perform.
