The Role

You will be working on commercial and industrial construction projects across Perth, covering the full scope of metal roofing and cladding work. This is not domestic work — the client operates on commercial sites and needs experienced operators who know what they are doing.
Day to day you will be across:

• Roof sheeting and metal roofing on commercial and industrial projects
• Cladding across metal, polycarbonate, fibreglass, and glass roofing structures
• Gutters, downpipes, and flashings installation
• Working to plans and delivering quality, consistent work on every project
• Following safe work practices and contributing positively to the team

What We Need

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a roof plumber, metal roofer, or cladder
• Commercial roofing experience preferred
• Experience with roof sheeting, cladding, gutters, downpipes, and flashings
• Current White Card or Red Card and valid driver’s licence
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude
• Genuine willingness to relocate to Perth long-term
