This isn’t your typical internship.
  
Stand Up Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to learn the real side of marketing – content, social media and brand- inside a fast-growing recruitment business.
  
This is a hands-on learning opportunity. You’ll be guided through real projects, picking up practical skills that go way beyond the classroom. If you’re studying marketing and want to see how it actually works in a growing business, this is the place to do it.
  
We’re looking for someone who can start immediately and is finishing their studies around Aug 2026.
  
What you’ll be learning:

  • How to create and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
  • How marketing campaigns are built and executed from the ground up
  • Copywriting for real audiences – emails and web content
  • How to track performance metrics and understand what drives results

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with a genuine interest in marketing and social media
  • A creative eye and curiosity about brand and content
  • Good written communication skills – clear, engaging, and audience-aware
  • Comfortable (or willing to learn) tools like CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva
  • A positive, growth-focused mindset

The setup:

  • 20–25 hours per week (flexible around study)
  • 3-month internship
  • Immediate start
  • Based in Takapuna, Auckland
  • Ideal for students finishing their studies around August 2026

You’ll learn by doing – working alongside the team on projects and getting feedback that actually helps you grow.
