The Role
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of landscape construction projects across Queensland, from supervising crews and managing subcontractors through to budget control, program delivery, quality and safety compliance, and direct client communication. This is a senior site leadership role requiring both strong technical landscape construction knowledge and genuine people management capability.
Whether you call yourself a landscape foreman, site foreman, landscape supervisor, or construction foreman, the core requirement is the same: proven full project delivery experience in landscape construction and the leadership ability to drive a site from start to finish.
Day to day you will be across:
- Leading and supervising multi-person landscape construction crews on active project sites
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers across the full project lifecycle
- Controlling budgets and delivering programs to time and scope
- Conducting daily site administration including prestarts, ITPs, material tracking, and variation management
- Planning ahead across a rolling two-week program to keep the site running efficiently
- Maintaining strong, professional client relationships with Tier 1 builders and council contacts
- Ensuring quality and safety compliance on every project
- Mentoring and developing crew members as part of a people-first culture
What We Need
- Proven experience as a Landscape Construction Foreman or senior site supervisor, not parks maintenance
- Full project delivery experience across program management, budget control, subcontractor coordination, and client liaison
- Strong all-round technical skills across all landscape construction disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor multi-person crews including performance management
- Experience with daily site administration: prestarts, ITPs, material tracking, payroll data, and variation management
- Current White Card and valid driver’s licence, both required
- Professional communication skills, this role involves direct daily client contact
- Genuine willingness to relocate to Queensland long-term
