The Role
This is a Junior Recruiter position – built for someone at the start of their career. You don’t need a recruitment background. You don’t need a long CV. You need drive, a great attitude, and the hunger to get good at something fast.
You’ll be working directly with candidates – real people making big life decisions. That means communication matters. Consistency matters. Showing up and following through matters. We’ll teach you the rest.
What you’ll be doing:
- Screening candidates and getting on the phone – this is a high-communication role
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates
- Completing reference checks
- Managing candidate pipelines and updating our ATS to keep everything clean and tracked
- Supporting the wider recruitment team to hit placement targets and keep candidates moving through the process
