The Role

You will be working on residential builds across the Clarence Valley region. This is all-round carpentry work and the client needs someone who can handle the full scope, not just one part of it.

Day to day you will be across:

• Standing frames and installing trusses
• Installing tie downs, bracing, windows, and external doors
• Timber posts and floor systems
• Cladding and eave sheets
• Fix-outs and fit-offs to a high standard
• Working independently and managing your own output on site

The client runs a tight operation and needs someone who can think for themselves, turn up, and get on with it. No babysitting here.

What We Need

• Trade qualification in Carpentry, non-negotiable
• All-round capability across framing, cladding, and fix-outs
• Strong work ethic and consistent employment history
• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• ABN and willingness to set one up before starting
• Genuine openness to living and working in a rural regional area
